Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used nectar, nectar extender or seeds. All e-book sales are final.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details for a possible replacement or refund.

 

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

 

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
